Become a Fellow of the European Board of Surgery in Minimally Invasive Surgery (F.E.B.S/MIS)

The EBSQ (European Board of Surgery Qualifications) provides CESMA-approved structures for assessment and examination quality and confers the title "Fellow of the European Board of Surgery" to successful candidates

This Fellowship is a significant high-level indication of professional competence and excellence; it reflects the ongoing important. European standardization, harmonization and quality assurance process in medicine. It was developed in cooperation with the Executive Board of the European Association for Endoscopic Surgery (EAES).

Successful candidates are awarded the Diploma and may add the title "Fellow of the European Board of Surgery in Minimally Invasive Surgery (F.E.B.S./MIS) to their name

The UEMS MIS Examination is open to any general surgeon, provided that the UEMS MIS Board is satisfied that the qualifications, training, skills, and professionalism meet the standards defined in the Eligibility Criteria.

Applications are open for the next Examination, which will be held prior to the upcoming EAES Congress in Sevilla (Spain) on June 11th  and 12th, 2019.
